Common questions
Does my crew have to pay too?
No. Nobody pays - not the crew who join through the invitation link, and not whoever created the trip. That's true in every plan. In Basic, seven features are free for everyone. Anything unlocked with Pro can be used by all on board, even though only one person paid.
What happens to my data after the trip?
The trip stays available to you and your crew. Your mileage record and logbook keep it alive. They don't disappear when the trip ends.
Do the four trips in the Season Pass expire?
No. There's no deadline for using them. If you don't get through all four in the first year, they stay yours.
What if I sail more than four trips a year?
Then you can unlock extra trips whenever you need to. Or perhaps a business package would suit you better?
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Basic is free forever and needs no payment details. We only ask for them when you unlock Pro.

Do our skippers or guests pay anything?
No. On your trips, all Pro features are already included. Everyone on board uses the app free of charge, from day one.
Do purchased credits expire?
Never. Your balance stays until you use it.
Is there a base fee or setup cost?
No. No setup, no monthly fee, no minimum spend. You pay for the trip credits and nothing else.
Are the logo and our own content included in the price?
Yes, in every package. You manage your logo, checklists, module selection and languages yourself in the company dashboard - no setup and no code.
